Sunset Apartments – Moneglia

The project regards the renovation of an existing building located in the Levante coast of Liguria in Italy.
SUNSET apartments is a development of 8 unique luxury residential units with direct access to the beach and private terraces on the upper level with a complete view of the bay and the city.
A minimal interior design contrasts with the materials of the exterior architecture that respects the local enviroment, giving to the building a more interesting feature.
